How do I prepare the space?
Please make sure the space is completely ready on the day of the shoot. It is your responsibility to have everything the way you want it to look. For the best result, you will need to make sure that no one is in the space at the time of shooting to avoid any issues while shooting.

How long will it take?
An average sized space, 2001-3000 square feet, will take approximately 2.5 hours. Estimate 1 hour for every 1000 square foot of space over that.

How long can I use the tour?
One year of hosting is included. If you need more, please contact us for a quote.

When will I get the tour?
You will receive the link to the tour within 24 hours of your shoot.

How will I get the tour?
We will send you a embeddable link to insert your tour on any website as well as a link to send to anyone interested in viewing the tour. Easily add the tour to your Facebook page. You will also receive your own single property gallery to host your tour.

What if there is something in the tour that I didn’t want to show
We would need to come back to reshoot for an additional charge.

How far will you travel?
We will travel anywhere in the United States. Please contact us for a quote for any space outside our normal travel area of the Baltimore/Washington metro areas.
